PROGEO Geotechnical Consultants is hired to perform a slope analysis of a logistics platform in the Riera del Molí Industrial Zone, Molins de Rei.

This analysis is carried out in order to evaluate the proposed excavation slopes stability to be carried out in the study area, and define solutions based on soil nailing retaining walls.

PRO GEO’s services have been the following:

• Site visits and visual evaluation of the slopes and the ground.
• Complementary geotechnical survey definition.
• Complementary geotechnical survey analysis.
• 2D geomechanical modeling with Slide and Plaxis 2D to evaluate global stability and define the soil-nailing wall as a retaining measure.
